I have been in the EXACT same situation mate, it's flared up all over my chest, inner thighs, shoulders, arms, underarms etc etc, thankfully not my joints or my nut sack!

I popped up to the Doctors for some advise last week as i've also been very run down and had a shit cold for about 6 weeks!

The doc gave me a prescription for some Betnovate Cream, this i've had to put on twice a day and it's clearing it up nicely to be honest!

I think you can buy it over the counter aswell....
