Its brilliant, you can get it from any pharmacy. I used to get incredibly dry, flaky but sometime sore skin on my hands when i worked at a stables, and cetraben worked wonders ( its also good to use when youve had a tattoo! )

Or Sudocrem... ya know the stuff you put on babies bums for nappy rash... i swear to god that is a wonder cream!! Bloody brilliant stuff, bit thick but REALLY works!


Also, this bath lotion is supposed to be brilliant, i havent used it myself but know someone who has, apparently it doesnt smell very nice, but a 15 minute soak in the bath with this added helped her no end!
