Its a steriod cream u can buy over the counters at Pharmacies. They'll ask u if you've used it before though....just say yes.

Its a really really strong steriod cream that works a treat.

If u use it too much though it can scar your skin as it thins it.

Top stuff though. Use sparingly and only ever now and again and it should do the trick
