Hey gracie baby

i have had Eczema since i was a little sperm and it has never ever gone away lucky for me though i dont suffer from the type you have and dont get sores.
mine is like dry skin all over my whole body, its a pain in the arse having to apply cream to my whole body every time you have a shower/bath and even just puting my hands in water i then have to put cream on them ( which i have to do a lot being a decorater )
i have my prescription cream that i use and could only use that in the uk as it was the only one that ever worked ( i have used every cream on the market such as e45 and so on and none have worked at all ) but one of the best things you can do as someone put above is to get out into the sun, years ago they used to put you on a course of sunbeds at the hospitals and believe me if helps a hell of a lot ( they stopped it a long time ago though as skin cancer out way'ed eczema )
thats why even though i used to like going on the sunbeds i did it also because it clear my dry skin up.
since coming over here, unless i dont sit in the bath for long and have a shower instead i have found a normal dry skin cream which has sorbolene in it and can use that most of the time and comes in a massive bottle and dont smell like my other cream ( the sicky cream as my brother calls it,lol )
