Default Water cooled Turbos and Newman Cams questions

Hi all got a couple of questions so thought i'd save some space by putting them in one place, what a nice person eh

Right first off what are the advantages of an oil and water cooled Turbo (S2) over just an oil cooled turbo (S1) and would it be worthwhile to connect up the water cooling system for example if you had an S1 and wanted to have oil and water cooled like the S2?

Secondly Newman Cams, seems everyone keeps recommending these so thinking of getting one, how does their off the shelf Turbo cam compare to other cams like the Kent CVH34/35 for example? Or do you need to have a cam specced to you engine spec? I see they use solid lifters, how hard are they to adjust and do you need double valve springs to use them?

How many people here are using a Newman Cam on their turbos?

Thanks for looking

P.S. i tried a search for newman cams on here but couldnt find anything, im sure there was a thread on them a while back?
