i got 2 pics from exactly the same point ( home made tripod was a plank of wood on top of my van and onto the open door ! ) , copied the open bonnet pic into a layer above the closed pic and lowered the transparency , then just remove all but the engine bay and edit out the stay and hinges

just need a descent clean engine to go with it now !
