I am sure the 4 pots go straight on, ish.
You just need to tap the lug hole in the hub to take a bolt then maybe one or two washers under the caliper lug to align better in centre, and use 4wd discs, though it could be 2wd, so long since I done one.
4wd ones are for bicycles!!

ps drilled or groover work way better as do EBC REDSTUFF CERAMIC pads, like I use, work from cold perfectly, only ever faded once on road never on track day.
