The rules of this game make me laugh - the villains are entitled to a right to silence (unless they are speeding motorists) and can lie their socks off but the cops can't!

As someone said earlier, I'm confident that 9 times out of 10, the folk that get wrongly convicted have got off with things at least as bad so I'm not going to break my heart for them.

I'll reserve my sympathy for the 1 in 10 that is genuinely innocent, but I do think that charging B&B is taking the piss.

If there is 100% PROOF then I'd quite happily see them shot - save the time, effort and cost of keeping them locked up.

If they are only convicted BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, I'd lock them up and keep them there till they are PROVEN to have dunnit, then I'd shoot them!
