No it is called a PULLER that's all, there was one on ebay yesterday £25 +£5 p+p.
A woodruff key is what goes into things like crank pulleys cam pulleys etc as a means of locating pulley wheel and shaft together it looks like a crescent shape or half circular piece of metal, and slots in a groove in the shaft of whatever it is holding to pulley wheel.
