My exhaust fell off and I decided to sort a few things out with my turbo and manifold.

Cleaned everything up put it all back together new oil gaskets etc.

Now actuator was a bit loose so I tightend it all back up put it all back on.

Now turbo spools fine up to 0 psi then backs off big time and no boost i produced.

Two questions
1. To up the boost do you extend the actuator road or make it smaller ??
2. What could be making me have no boost????
