This prob has most likely always been there you may just be noticing it more due to new wheels and in my experience the usual prob are the hubs they may need facing

years ago they used to balance wheel hub and disc all together to avoid this prob but i dont think you will find anywhere that still does this.

you can however try rotating the wweels round on the studs
