they are completly legal, but be aware that on a normall seat belt, the area for corrosion is 30cm around the mount point. if you fit harnesses its 30cm from EACH mount point and this will cover most of the floor and sill area.

not that you have rust but people are normally unaware of this fact!


its the same if the seatbelt stalk is fixed to the seat itself , the corrosion area is 30cm from EACH seat mount!
