update:
last week I went down to see 3/4 of it all rubbed down, passenger sill done, and the scuttle mods done

went down today and:

it's looking smooooth

all glass is out, got 6 coats of primmer on it as after coat #3 it blew the hose of the compressor, so it was rubbed down slightly again, and another 3 coats put on and it's got paint

well now I know what the colour is going to look like

it actually looks darker than before, and through preping the car we've come to the conclusion that the whole car has seen paint before I knew some bits had (the rear end and the drivers side) so not 100% if the right factory code colour was used with from what I've seen it's probably due to being fresh and new

but I am liking it! A LOT and it's only the whole insides of the doors and the inside of the door frames, the tops of the wings and scuttle panel that are done.

sadly one side, (drivers) is going to have to be done again along the top of the sill extension as I'm not happy with the consistancy of the sealer that runs along the length of the sill. So a small delay for that

No pics am affraid as I forgot to pick up the camera, but I'm going back down tomorrow as I'll be in the neighbourhood (post office picking up my Nology leads ((hopefully )) so i'll nick the camera back and get some recent ones up

Oh and got some good news with my wheel dilema (well centre caps) and my wheel refurb guy has my brand new ones from Germany in his posssion and are looking shaaaweeet he's going to e-mail me a pic of them tomorrow

as much as I'd like to stay away from the bodyshop and wait for the phone to go to say it's ready........ I can't
(plus I still need to give him the new headlights/fogs/etc )
