Cam, Electronics dont like heat above about 50 to 70 C.

Could be your alarm could have been warmed up by air flow in the engine
bay coming from the radiator warming up air that is already over 30 deg C.

Let it cool naturally and it will probally recover and may need
completely powering off (Vehicle battery and internal battery if fitted)
