Depends on what Tax band your in, normal tax for most people I think is 22% of the Gross Paid wage.

Then you've got to take of N.I (National Insurance) which is a further 10%, I usually deduct 32% from my Gross wage which near enough to the penny gives me my 'Take Home' wage HTH
