oh ok, i was reading fastford and one of the guys bought a cossie and said he reaplced a load of sensors etc, and had a few in the pics and said he replaced them as it was best to due to age or whatever, etc so thougt it was a common thing, so in my quest to get my car 100% before doing any performance mods i thought i had better check

'Twas I. In my defence the insulation on the crank sensor and phase sensor leads was starting to perish, and as I do 500 miles a week I also changed the ignition amp, TPS and MAP sensors for piece of mind.
