I'm currently rebuilding my XR2i (1.6 8v) into a M reg 1.1 shell (long story involving a blind old dear and my perfect white minter - you get the picture).
With regards to braking, I'm looking at the rear brake kit from the Fiesta Centre. I've already got the cossie rear calipers that are a pre-requisite, but I was interested if any of you guys had this upgrade and what difference it made to braking, if any? I'm trying to keep it standard exterior wise, so i've got standard 2i alloys. Doing the upgrade for looks isn't a factor as you all know you cant see jack past those alloys!

With regards to power it's cam'd (full CVH32k kit), polished, chipped and all the normal others, and I hope to get a Specialised Engines 1.9 CVH bottom for it this summer once the bodywork's all finished, so clearly I want it to stop when the next old dear pulls out infront of me!
