Got hit by a van from the rear in my mates 2 week old A4 Cabriolet I didnt accept the first offer of £500 as it was a pisstake, but after months of fucking about i just took it.

Im currently claiming for the accident a had in january, my soilicitor is aiming for between £1600 and £1900 but we havnt had a firm offer in reply yet.
