I'm fed up with stories of abused animals and sicko's doing all sorts of stuff. Even on here a clip was posted of a Goldfish being ripped to bits by Piranha. I find it sickening to the very base of my stomach

I voted yes, due to the amount of cruelty cases we see at the Staffie rescue I think the dog licence with micro chipping would help prosecute some of the low life.
