Iv'e owned this car just over 3yrs & originaly bought it to do some trackdays in as it was a cheap way of getting a 3dr & figured if i bent it on the track i could either break it or re shell it into a proper cosworth i.d. Anyway iv'e had my fun in it & done a few trackdays but i just don't use it enough on the road (don't get time with 2 small kids) & i don't really have the money to keep spending on trackdays at the moment
It was a genuine 3dr that was stolen when quite new, the stripped shell was recovered & then built back up but went on a Q plate & doesn't mention cosworth on the V5. It was 1st registered in 1989 by the lady who had it built & she kept it for 11 yrs, think i'm either the 3rd or 4th owner (need to check) its done 57k.
Engine was rebuilt Oct 04 @ 50k, its done 7k since rebuild.
Still on the original 205 block,fitted with new Accralite forged pistons

Front & brakes are only a few months old & front comes with 2 sets of pads, ones for track & road ones.
Wheels 7.5 x17 Wolfrace silverstone (same as hock's) 215/40/17 yoko parada's which all have about 6mm tread.
I also have a spare set of track wheels,hockenheim's 8x17 fitted with 235/40/17 rear toyo R888 & 205/40/17 front R888,awesome for the track & have everything to return car back to standard EG,T3,koni's Level 1 ecu with Amed chip , brakes front & rear & loads more, these do not come with the car but can be bought seperately.
Bodywork is generally good & straight apart from slight rust in the rear corners of both doors.
I had the inner wing welded a few months back & a small patch on one of the rear chassis legs plated.
Nothing needs doing to the car & it is very reliable, i haven't even had to change the plugs in 7k, runs like dream with no misfires.
I have receipts for 10k , nearly everthing has been renewed apart from the diff & box.
Interior is one of the best you'll find with a mint parcel shelf , seats & door cards, the dash top was mint but now has a crack about 1mm so probably one of the better dashes, its been garaged by me for the last 3 yrs overnight.
I'm sure iv'e missed loads of things probably because i'm only trying to sell it half heartedly
