jon, lets be fair mate, bsw didnt know how to sort the latest valve spring problems out until you found out elsewhere what the problem was, thats hardly "sorting" it now is it

I haven't, I've just never had any major problems that he hasn't sorted out.
I've no idea what cars/work he does any more than I would any other company. I just happen to used to get my car done there.
