I have a rear strut brace fitted will that help???

also someone told me i got to hit in the inner rear wheel arch in a touch!!!!!!!!

sounds like im talking myself out of fitting them!!
I just want to see what they are like fitted....i have wanted them for ages but now in 2 minds
