See if it boots....
If it doesn't with just the gfx card and board then it could be that or somert else.
Odd thing was Dingy it booted fine with an old monitor, although it had been having trouble before with his TFT monitor, so maybe the PSU was on it's way out and just couldn't power a TFT. Give it a try anyway
