I recently got a CD Changer (s634) and once plugged in, came up with message error 01 I think it was

Anyway, one fo the CD trays was loaded, so had a look inside to see if it was jammed, noticed a spring was off on one side of it (vibration spring) put it back on as per should be correct

Plugged it back in, the eject button just keeps flashing and the headunit does not recognise it's plugged in

Anyone know if I can do anything, cos I can't eject the CD trays etc
