Unlike some peeps, that menu youve just written is perfect mate and should see you into ketosis induction within 48hrs.

As for other foods, basically you can eat as much as you wish of the following:

Meat. Fowl. Fish.
Dairy products can be consumed with caution.

My average breakfast was 3 boiled eggs.

My average dinner was 5rashers of bacon, 2 eggs and a handfull of mushrooms.

My average teatime meal was 18oz sirloin steak with a small portion of cauliflower, broccolli and sprouts. The only sauce i permitted myself was full fat mayonaisse.

Best advice i can give is take an hour to look around tesco's and note all the dietary content on the labelling. Your looking at "Carbohydrate" and must limit your intake to 20 or less per day to remein within Ketosis.

I also recommend you buy some "ketone test strips" to test your urine for ketone prescense to aid in your food chioces. You can then up portion every 2 days until your diet is affected by the urine test and you know where to limit your intake.

Final and most important 2 tips.
1) TAKE THE RECOMENDED VITAMINS.
2) DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY.

Ive dropped the diet for now as im going on holiday soon. My final weight is 14stone 2 which is exactly 3 stone lost in as many months and im pretty damn pleased with myself
