ST200 Blowing 7.5amp fuse for dash lights can you help??

Replaced fuse with a 30amp and wiring under scuttle near pollen filter melted, i repaired wiring loom but still blowing fuses but not melting wiring anymore!

When i bridge fuse box there is a large load put on engine (revs drop) and dash lights work!

Anyone come across this problem??

Suspect:switch, dash panel, centre console or possible short on wiring between these items. Can you help
