Don't know if this'll help, but here goes...

I got some braided hoses made up for my Fezzy RST to put in an in-line turbo oil filter, simply took off the original pipe and took it down to a local hydrauilc pipe manufacturer (looked in yellow pages).

They knocked up the necesssary pipes in half an hour. £30 for 2 x 18inch pipes.

Well worth the money I thought.
