I was 18 (25 now) and to be honest I dont believe the copper as I came off a rounabout behind a 3 series flashed him out the way and gunned it.

Didn't get out of 2nd in my AXGT and started breaking when I saw the lovely coppers and they're bikes and speed guns
I think more 40 ish to be honest but who argues with plod when they only have 6 points to play with as a new driver.

Either way I DO speed- I try not to in 30's etc and generally watch my speed on most roads as I do 50k a year and could do with keeping my license however the fact remains I do speed and although it isn't somet to go boasting about and be proud about it is a fact.

Unft the gov't are trying to make speeding a socially unacceptable crime just the way Drink driving is. (obv I have no qualms about condeming that)
