Having decided I am now a member of the fat club ive decided to go on a bit of a diet and lose some blubber!!
Weight wise isn't a problem as im only 11 1/2stone (5 foot 9), its just me belly and me face.
Whats the best ways of dietting / fitness i can do. I dont want to join a gym as i dont have the time, but i do have a treadmill / eliptical trainer at home. My main concern is what kind of foods i should / shouldn't be eating.
