I have a mate who ran the 9s in his Stage 1 Escort for well over that mileage!

But I bet he would have got 8k no probs out of the AGP071s - it all depends on how hard you're using the plugs. I know they last longer than C57s though, so maybe Jay would have got 8k out of them .
