That one you are questioning is the thermo time switch which controls the CSV. It should have a brown plug to it.

CSV - blue plug
Aux air device - black plug
Thermo time sw - brown plug
coolant temp sensor - yellow plug

If the yellow plug is disconnected or the sensor is faulty, it will run like a c unt.
