That about sums it up Shawn. Do you know if the fan should spin freely or spin for a second or two then stop when you spin it by hand. Mine stops the temp from rising but does'nt bring it down. It should bring it down should'nt it ? I think it is running a bit slow but have'nt got another to compare it to. Do they start to seize a bit with time and can it be sorted by lubricating the bearing or something ? How is yours wired on the S1 mate ?
