Are you sure, you set the timing correct, this mean have you disconnect the vacum ect. you need to set the timing

ive seen many, that have been home adjusted, and they run like sh..t becouse they didnt knew what they was doing even tho they think they do...

Now I dont know your mechanic skills, but to make sure I sugested to take it to someone that know's how to set a RST
