Default 1989 red series two escort rs turbo

As you can see from the pictures the car is completely standard and hasn't been modified in any way. The paint work is in presentable condition but not perfect. The floor is in very good condition with original undersealer but there are two small plates welded to the rear chassis rails. The battery tray is original as is the fuse box area. All body panels are original with correct sealer on the front wings, bonnet, doors, ¼ panels etc. Majority of body panels are rust free with the exception of the tailgate [small hole on the inside], roof [usual sunroof area] and a small scab on the n/s screen piller. The engine has a suspect head gasket failure. Just being honest.

The MOT ran out in June and there is no reason why it wouldn't pass this time round.

The interior is in good condition with both front seat bolsters intact with no rips. The door cards have very little sagging but nothing too bad. Unfortunately the sunroof hasn't been open for a very long time and is seized in position.

To summarise, the car is very original and relatively rust free. Perfect rolling restoration for next years shows.

The car was originally from Northern Ireland.

Open to sensible offers.
