Small update. No real porn compared to some other threads on here but hey ho.

BEFORE ANYONE REACHES FOR THE BOX OF TISSUES AND CRIES AT THE BELOW PIC! EVERYTHING WILL BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLATION.

Started painting the block earlier today ready for when my oversize mains and big end bearings show their faces. I had to get them exchanged by matt lewis motorsport as i went arse about tit and ordered a new set before realizing the crank needed a .25 grind.

Please note that i've just offered the filter up in the pic below to spur me on and give me motivation lol
