Make sure your solicitor has everything. No point stressing as you can't control it at all and magistrates are so hit and miss.

Mate and I both busted for 128, magistrates wouldn't listen to any of the technical errors made by the police and I got a 56 day ban, which was a very good result. My mate, same court, different day, magistrates accepted the technical errors, looked at everything and he got a 28 day ban. It really is so hit and miss. Personally I think the female lead magistrate in my case hated men and was in need of a damn good fisting to cheer her up.
