No the reg was right when it was checked with the ins company,
And warren that's a bit harsh sayin I deserve to be found guilty, I did all in my power to check, that's a bit of a obnoxious comment imo,
and RC4 we were all young once mate, I may have had 7 bans but not all of these have come from cars, like I say I've tried my hardest to stay on the right side of the law for a long time now yet I still get kicked in the nuts!
I spoke to my solicitor who says it won't make a difference as I admit to driving the car and will just get amended at court, she's going to ask them for a short ban instead of points which would ban me for 6 months minium probably a year due to my record
