Default Big Transit crappy alloy wheel choice

Bored of the alloys on my sportvan but there is nothing on the market that looks better
( maybe 4 different wheels types and they all look shit)

Why is there such a poor wheel choice compared to transporters? even the French vans get better choice.

I contacted image wheels thinking they would make me a sett,oh no they don't want to know.

Now im thinking of getting to custom hubs made to take vw wheels but cant find anybody to do it.

Can you buy a hub/spacer conversion where they change the pcd?

Adapters are the way seen a few floating around with Bentley wheels

What offset are the sportvan alloys? A simple hubcentric adapter will make the world your oyster if they have a high enough offset as standard.

What about weight ratings though.......I'm looking at some gallardo wheels for mine.

Adapters are the way forward, what's the pcd and centre bore on sport transits?

My traffic runs a 2mm spigot ring and some wobble bolts to get x5 alloys on. 20k of hard work since they've been on and not a problem! Fully loaded too

Theres a lowered traffic runs around Carlilse with TSW stealths on, but it actually looks pretty decent. Yours looks well too, but I'd be tempted to try and get some Renault badges for the centre caps because I'm anal that way

I know what your saying - actually had some guys at builders merchants take the piss about the centre caps, but I can't be arsed to change them!

It stops and drives soooooo much better than the shitty steel wheels! Oh and there 10' wide on the backs if you like a little stretch!
