Default Wrong offset/ geometry question!

I've been searching for a certai wheel for ages now! Mega rare...found some recently, they are the right size and width, 4x108 etc.

However they are et18 off a pug!I currently have et35!

I know for the back, the only issue is the arches! I don't mind about that!

What I'm wondering is about the front! Will it mess up the geometry if I put et18 on. Or is there a way of maching the wheel down?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

what car may help matey, things like focus and fiesta at rear is fine but on front you may have serious issues with clearance

wont work on the front for sure as will stick out past the arch any wider than a 6j wheel, I have a ZS at moment msyelf running 6.5j 16s with et40 and its dead level with arch lip so et18 is another 22mm further out still

I ran cozy offset 8jx16 with a 45 profile all round on my Zetec s for a few years , the rear wheel bearings hated it .
