No we use Fed Ex mainly, occasionally DHL. Royal Mail want out trade, but as they seem to be on strike all the time, that's not a lot of use to anyone.

me and a few others on here use silkolene pro-s 10w50 for 2wds,check this thread aswell mate,lots of info in there from oilman.

what oil is recommended for a 2004 focus rs? general road use but gets the odd kicking?

Go for a good 5w-30
