Default Ford Fusion Coolant/AC problem

Hey guys, have a big problem that i am dealing with atm. My coolant tank is constantly building pressure which i think in turn is causing water to get into the Air Con system, this is then causing steam to come out of the air vents and the floor is saturated with fluid coming from the vents at the feet. I am constantly having to top up with water as i then lose all the water in the system which is overheating the engine. I had a hole in the coolant expansion tank which is what i thought was causing the issue as it was then releasing all the pressure, i replaced the coolant tank but the issue has not been solved. Any ideas on what the problem may be? what is worrying my the most is the water in the air con as the steam is some temperature when it is coming out the vents. Thanks, chris

Sounds to me like the heater matrix is leaking. Get it sorted sooner rather than later before it empties boiling water all over your feet!
