Default Clutch cover fingers

When I removed my gearbox yesterday the input shaft hit one of the clutch cover fingers on the way out and has bent it out of line, my thought is to heat it up and gently persuade it back in to line with the others....or is it fubarred and need a new one? Hope not as it is an updated cover that cost 300 only 200 miles ago.

Default cover

if you could get it spot on it would probably work ok as the bearing presses on all the fingers,i think the big issue is if it breaks once refitted...

Cool, thanks, I looked again today and it isn't all that out of line, I will see how well I can align it.

Thanks for the help

All sorted, it went back nice and easy, I will check it with straight edge before it goes back in.
