Default Bumper distortion

My front bumper has been distorted I guess something has been left laying against it for a long period of time.

If you look at the bottom left side you can make it out from the above picture. My question is can I straighten this and how.

This happens a lot for some reason it's a simple fix if you can resist not using it for a month or so, I wedged a metal bar with a block of wood on the end between the bumper and front crossmember, wavered a heat gun on the bumper from inside the once just quickly left it for a month and it's stayed in original shape since

That's basically what I was thinking. I have the bumper off at the moment, I was going to shape a piece of wood and clamp it in place then either add some heat or bring it indoors.

That looks spot on. I've got mine off at the moment. I've shapped a piece of wood and clamped it in place to hold the shape I have applied some heat but haven't released it from the former yet so not sure if has worked yet.
