Default Zetec turbo questions

Hello everyone, ive just built a 2.0 zetec turbo for my escort rs turbo il be aiming for about 300-350 so what injectors should i use? Im using omex 600 for management so i know they need to be high impendence ones, and a rover inlet so top fed injectors i would rather slightly bigger injectors then actaul needed so there not maxed out

Second question, do i need a icv as some people say to use them some say dont worry about them,

And third question, wheres best to get it mapped when its all up and running im from ashford kent,

Sorry for all the questions and cheers for any help

Injectors I would be looking at astra vxr injectors 470cc high impedance top fed and about 100-120 brand new

ISCV no you don't necessarily need one they can run and idle ok without them depends on your own preference

I wouldn't recommend anywhere local myself (margate) I will be travelling to Essex.to get mine mapped probablt with Karlos but best bet is to ring round and find out who will map your car with your set up

I just used my fiesta rs turbo throttle body with my rover inlet dare say there's better options but can't see you fitting a much bigger tb to the inlet as the FRST is very close to the walls of the plenum

Hello fellow Ashfordite. I moved here about a year ago.

There is a company that I know of locally that could do mapping but im not sure if htey are that experienced with ford/omex.

How are you with RS turbos?

Ashford! J9 side.

This is the company I was on about http://www.fastroadconversions.com/contact.html. They said that they could map OMEX , or know someone that can, not sure on their reputation though never dealt with them. They might be able to get it to a stage where you can take it to one of the ford boys like Oddkid etc.
