Ditch the Modine oil to water cooler and just run the Mocal. Best to use a thermostatic sandwich plate, that way you don't over cool the oil.

I fitted a Modine when I originally put the 2.9 twin turbo in my XR4x4. It did keep the oil cool but I ditched it because it made the cooling system very hot. I replaced it with a 13 row Mocal with a thermostatic sandwich plate. Oil temp has stayed the same but the cooling system temp is now back down to normal as there isn't so much heat to dissipate.

I think I'll ditch it so and see how it runs.

Thanks
