problem fitting mocal oil cooler to sapphire cosworth
hi imnew to the site
going through a full reshell of my sierra at the moment and i got a mocal oil cooler its a 2wd it allready has a heat exchanger on it the when you add the mocal sabdwich plate theres no room for the oil filter as it toutches the engine mount.
anyone else experienced this problem? soloutions without buying a relocation kit
thanks richard

Not entirely sane
I fitted a Modine when I originally put the 2.9 twin turbo in my XR4x4. It did keep the oil cool but I ditched it because it made the cooling system very hot. I replaced it with a 13 row Mocal with a thermostatic sandwich plate. Oil temp has stayed the same but the cooling system temp is now back down to normal as there isn't so much heat to dissipate.
