Hi all ... I have a mk4 fiesta project which I am looking at engines for I have been offered a 1.8 duratec mondeo .. I need to know whether this engine will fit and if I can turbo charge it ?? Also what sort of power I could get without a turbo ?

yes it can be done will it be easy no you need a custom engine mount made up plus I think you'll need a gearbox mount made .
plus you'll need the drive shafts someone done the conversion on zsoc and wasn't easy

Unless you're going to the effort of 2.0 or even a 2.3 Duratec then it'd be cheaper and yield better results to go Zetec.

Hi thanx .. I think im gona go zetec .. by wat iv read and spoke about it is gona b easier ... just need a dona car now ... any body know someone selling mk2 mondeo ??
