my rs turbo is over fueling badly if i remove my pink fuel pump relay should i still hear my fuel pump prime?

no it will be disabled with relay removed

sometimes people bypass them, by jamming short loop of wire,
in the back of the purple/ pink relay socket, so it runs permanent (dangerous)
its the thick red/black wire that goes towards the pump,
you can also look under back seat , to see if a live has been joined into the plug with red/black and a thick earth (brown)
