gearbox

As some of you may know I am rebuilding my orion, now I have just been given a rs2000 engine from a escort mk5 and was wondering what would be the best gearbox to put in the car.

Any advice and tips greatly welcomed

I would suggest a ib5 box from a escort mk5/6 for ease of fitment.
