Default Focus mk1 wheel bearing, worth changing hub too?

I'm planning on changing the front N/S wheel bearing on my mk1 Focus 1.8 this weekend.
Is it worth ordering a new hub at the same time or will it be fine just getting a new bearing kit? The bearing isn't on its last legs, no play in it but when you spin it, it sounds a bit rougher than the other side and spins a bit more freely. Also makes a "grinding" noise sometimes when turning right.

So what do people advise, just a new bearing or get a new hub too?
