Mk6 fiesta 1.25 to 1.6 conversion

Mk6 fiesta 1.25 to 1.6 conversion
Hello all,
First of all im new to the forum so hi. I have alway been a big fan of fords since owning my first one which was a focus st170 but currently im in to my subarus more which is why i have only just become a member on hear.
However i now have an opportunity to buy a mk6 fiesta with a dead engine for next to nothing, i was looking for a zetec s anyway to have as a second car for me and the mrs so if its easy enough i thought its a no brainier to put the 1.6 instead.
has anyone done this before? is it just a case of changing the engine, ecu and ignition barrel? or is there any bigger modifications that need to be done?
